Big Nick’s BBQ was founded in 2018 in Sylva, North Carolina, and named in honor of the owner’s late father. What started as one location has grown into multiple restaurants serving Western North Carolina and Southwest Florida.
With over 30 years of pitmaster experience, we focus on slow-smoked meats and a true scratch kitchen. It’s simple—cook fresh every day, serve it right, and when it’s gone, it’s gone.
