Tim Fisk brings 25 years of BBQ experience to Big Nick’s BBQ. “Big Nick’s BBQ” is an ode to Tim’s father, Big Nick, who got Tim involved in the BBQ business at a young age. Tim has taken knowledge from his father, and injected his flare to offer Fresh and Flavorful Food, Quality Catering and Southern Hospitality. Big Nick’s BBQ was born when Tim realized BBQ could be done better.

An American Flag is proudly displayed in Big Nick’s BBQ to honor and memorialize the Freedom we enjoy in this country. We appreciate the sacrifices that have been made to protect those freedoms.

Pork BBQ

Slow smoked for 12 hours over White Oak then Coarsely chopped to order. After we chop it, we sprinkle it with our rub. Served with our sauce on the side.

Beef Brisket

Rubbed with our special blend of fresh cracked pepper, kosher salt and spices. Premium angus beef slow smoked for 16 hours over White Oak then sliced to order.

Spare Ribs

Finely trimmed St. Louis style spare ribs cooked low and slow over White Oak and sliced to order. Moist dry rubbed ribs that you’re sure to love.
